I have re-installed the mod on the server, and have remade the server many times, but when trying to play on a server MCA NPC's don't have a skin, and i cant interact with them. Also, when a player joins it does not ask about the male options, ect.

I cannot guarantee compatibility with things such as MCPC+, unfortunately.
