For the reason unknown MCA started to conflict with optifine. It didn't conflict initially but right now the game almost instantly crashes with them launched together.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Launch this mod in Minecraft 1.20.1 with optifine.

MCA Version 7.5.21, Minecraft version 1.20.1 Forge

Optifine is closed source and thus I can not debug into this, but you can try disabling custom shaders areShadersAllowed.

enablePlayerShaders is it? (Update: Yes it is. Changed it to false and it fixed my issue)
