Yes: When using Xaero's Minimap with the entity radar on "icon" setting, the MCA:R villagers show up as purple squares instead of their faces.

I'd really like for the icons to be the villager's face so I can tell who's where

The icon being a generic Steve/Alex if individualized ones are too fiddly
