Describe the bug
The maximum building size is too small even for buildings of about 7177 blocks size. I have tried increasing the maximum building size in the config to 8192/16384/32768 and radius as well yet it does not work, either saying that the building is too large or its volume is too large.

To Reproduce
Steps:

1. Create a building larger than the normal maximum size.
2. Edit the maximum building size and radius in configuration.
3. Attempt adding it in the blueprint screen.

Usually that's because people connect caves or similar to the building.
