I'm not sure if I'm missing something or doing something wrong, but I have an inn, (registered on the blueprint and everything), but no villagers are appearing in it. I've had it for a while, which tells me it isn't a matter of needing to wait. If it helps, there are only 4 villagers left in my village because the rest all died and I'm playing on 1.20.1, and a couple screenshots are provided below, though I don't know how helpful they actually are.

Here it is on the blueprint, extra bed is mine, on the upper floor, which is blocked off by trapdoors

For experimentation you can increase the spawn chance in the config adventurerAtInnChancePerMinute
