Describe the bug
Probably same as issue #799 the player isn't positioned on the bed properly if using the MCA villager playermodel, but found out having "adjustPlayerEyesToHeight" set to true in the config causes this.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open mca.json
Set "adjustPlayerEyesToHeight" to true
Launch game and sleep on the bed
