You can not give a gift to villagers when playing without a mouse because it uses the right click and there is no way to change the key binding. (I am unsure if this would be considered a bug or requesting a feature)

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any villager
2. Interact with them
3. Attempt to give a gift
4. See error

It seems that MCA uses a special way to interact with the interface, and due to that, it causes a lot of compatibility issues. For example, origins x MCA compatibility issues.
