Describe the bug
Whenever you set a villagers jobsite with the button Workplace, it also assigns a new tradelist for the villagers and with it, the stocks get renewed instantly even if the villager’s profession is locked.

I have other mods too but they are irrelevent and this also happens in a minimal instance.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Get a villager
2. Assign a profession to them
3. Trade until any stocks run out
4. Set their workplace again
5. You’ve got a new stock of items
