When you are starting up a new Minecraft world and are met with the character creation , If you select the "Vanilla" option to use your regular skin, It does not use the skin you have equipped in the Minecraft launcher. It keeps choosing the same random base game skin. This is obviously very inconvenient if you want to just use your regular Minecraft skin. I have tried Re-equipping my skin and many other things but I am unable to do anything about it.
