Hello, thanks for the great mod in minecraft. when i play it in single player it works fine.

but when i played it in multiplayer i can't choose skin for myself.

when i pick Player skin it show my own skin fine

the villagers also missing their skins

i had this issue for both 1.19.2 and 1.19.3

Can you share more details about your server? It seems to block some connections.
