Master Traders having only one Trade

Describe the bug
Villagers that have reached Master in their profession, when changed to a different profession are stuck with only one trade.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Trade with a villager until they become a Master
  2. Change their profession via "Location" - "Workplace"
  3. Open up their trades screen
  4. See error

Latest.log
Append the log, just drag and drop the file here.
You will find the file in the (launcher and profile specific) minecraft save directory, in logs, called latest.log. On Windows by default %appdata%/.minecraft/logs/latest.log.

Trade levels appear to be off now when switching higher level villagers
