TTS is not working in the latest version of the mod 7.5.16

It's enabled in the config file and in the game. I tried the console command, but it does nothing.
TTs was working fine (version 7.5.14) until i installed version 7.5.16

Game version 1.20.1
Forge version: 47.1.5
Idk what other info i should give.
