Dissapearing texts and symbols (1.16.5)

Before reporting, I have confirmed that
- This bug does not appear to be reported on GitHub Issues before.
- This bug still exists in the latest version of the Minecraft Transit Railway mod.
- I have tested this in the official version of Minecraft Transit Railway, not a modified, custom, or unofficial build.
Describe the Bug
Onto the passanger information system,clock and railway signs the text and symbols dissapear when going just a few chunks away.
Reproduction Steps
1.Put Passenger information system sign
2.Go few chunks away
3.Come back and it's all blank

This seems to also be an issue on 1.20.4, but I can't seem to reliably reproduce it in new chunks once I experience the bug.
It also seems to fix itself when leaving and rejoining the world.
