Before reporting, I have confirmed that

• This bug does not appear to be reported on GitHub Issues before.
• This bug still exists in the latest version of the Minecraft Transit Railway mod.
• I have tested this in the official version of Minecraft Transit Railway, not a modified, custom, or unofficial build.

Describe the Bug

Whenever I am trying to use a shader with the mod, am not able to see the trains and the platform doors. I am also using the stations decoration mod and the catenary of that mod also comes to my hand.
I have attached some pictures related to the problem and also a picture without using the shader.
