I want to recreate a Japanese station, but I have problems with the reading and pronunciation of the station name. This can be completely solved by playing music files directly. It would also be better if it could be easily accessed from the startup folder, like mp3 files.

この機能強化の提案についてはリソースパックとplaysoundコマンドなどのコマンドブロックを利用できます。
接近放送を再現する場合は、時差式電車センサー(Schedule Sensor)などと併用してください。

Probably it's already implemented.

To propose this enhancement, you can use resource packs and command blocks such as the playsound command.
To reproduce the approaching train announcement, please use it in conjunction with a Schedule Sensor or similar.
