Route maps do not render the map

Before reporting, I have confirmed that

  • This bug does not appear to be reported on GitHub Issues before.
  • This bug still exists in the latest version of the Minecraft Transit Railway mod.
  • I have tested this in the official version of Minecraft Transit Railway, not a modified, custom, or unofficial build.

Describe the Bug

Every time I look at a route map with a platform assigned to it, it just displays as black. I have seen a similar issue report by CTCPanda, but that was marked as resolved and looked to be for an older version of Fabric MTR. However, the label for the platform also doesn't render

Reproduction Steps

  1. Place down a sign in a station and set it to a platform
  2. It may appear black

Extra Information

The previous issue mentioned changing dynamic texture resolution, but i am unaware of any settings to do so.

commented

You may change the dynamic texture resolution by opening your MTR Dashboard, going to the Options... button at the bottom right, then you should find an entry to reduce the dynamic texture resolution.

In my opinion, it might be good if there's a notice on the mod's page that mentions how to lower the resolution to prevent other people getting stuck like I was. But there's a good chance they will stumble across this page now that it exists.

Ideally player shouldn't have to tweak this option in the first place to not cause issues (And for most players the default value seems to work so far)

The documentation for the mod is unfortunately a bit lacking at the moment, however I've just created a troubleshooting page on the MTR Wiki to document this behavior.
