There's recently a "wheelchairs" mod.

I thought this would work great with MTR, being able to bring the wheelchairs on the trains and elevators. However, the chair falls off.

I don't know where the support needs to be, but it seems like a good compatibility!

basically, the MTR trains need to allow Entities to board that aren't players. This would also mean mobs being able to board.
