Expected Behaviour
Blocks will drop themselves when being mined. Most blocks should be able to be mined faster when using a pickaxe

Actual Behaviour
Some blocks drop nothing even when holding a pickaxe, and holding a pickaxe does not mine faster.

Reproduction Steps
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Just place a block in survival and mine it with a pickaxe

Environment

• Minecraft Version: 1.17.1

Additional Information
List of blocks that don't drop:
clock, logo, platform, any station colored blocks, ticket processors (if mined bottom part), Passenger Information Displays (if mined on of of the sides), route sign (if mined bottom part), etc
