Some PIDS can't use both side screen

Expected Behaviour
Normally, PIDS should have screen at both side of it, and can use both side to give info.
Actual Behaviour
However, some PIDS can't use both side.
These two screenshots is catch at same station (欣現):
It doesn't mean all PIDS can't use both side.

Minecraft Version:
- 1.16.5 (Fabric)
Installed Mods:
- Optifine
- OptiFabric
- Replay mod
- WorldEdit
- Xearo's map
- Xearo's minimap

Maybe it can be a idea for the next update.(However it will not happen in real life)

No, it a bug
Normally if I place it too far away from the platform, it should show nothing on both side.
However it haven't, in screenshot 1,2, I place PIDS two blocks away from platform block, than it only show in one side.
But it haven't on my next station, I place PIDS away from platform one block.
So I do a Experiment
There are two way to place PIDS in the experiment:
- 1.Place PIDS away from platform one block.
- 2.Place PIDS away from platform two blocks.
In states 1, PIDS successful to show info in both side screen.
In states 2, PIDS successful to show info in one side screen, but fail on show info on both side screen.
I don't know is it allow us to place PIDS in two blocks away from platform, or either it not allow but bug make it can show info in one side screen, only mod creator know it...
Thank you for the detailed report and the helpful images. The PIDS is a two block structure. If placed perpendicular to the platform, one half of the PIDS is always one block farther away from the platform than the other. Therefore, if the PIDS is placed just right, when looking at it from one side, the "left half" would be close enough to the platform. When looking at it from the other side, the "left half" would be too far from the platform.
