Actual Behaviour
Announcements says:
(No Chinese). This station/next station/this train is going to (this is blank). This station/next station/this train is going to (station).

Texts shows:
(Chinese). This station/next station/this train is going to. This station/next station/this train is going to (station).

Is the Chinese Voice only for the discord server ? Bc I got an English male voice instead.

Yes, when you get on a train the text is supposed to cycle.

btw if this helps: all the passenger display systems go through this: Chinese Station Name -> English Station Name -> "Untitled"

I think I know the problem. I've seen lots of people mixing up the | with ||, | is to separate languages (although it seems you've used || for this in the station names) whereas || is to add a "comment" in the route name.

The text to speech voice depends on your device's settings

I have Windows 7 and I know they moved a bunch of stuff out of control panel so I'm not sure where it is anymore

Is there any way to get it back?
