Expected Behaviour
Japanese station names should be acknowledged as Japanese text.

Actual Behaviour
Japanese station names are misidentified as Chinese.

Reproduction Steps
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Create a station using Japanese kanji.
2. Done.

It is uncommon to use hiragana and katakana in Japanese station names. Most station names consist of kanji only (e.g. 東京、新宿、福岡、新大阪、札幌、大宮、小田原、上条、打田).

Additional Information
There are some kanji that are used in both Japanese and Chinese.

• Japanese-specific kanji
  鉄、乗

• Chinese-specific kanji (some are legacy Japanese kanji)
  鐡、乘

• Kanjis used in both languages (but frequently each has different meaning)
  下、一、站、往、客、可、以、秒、鐘、順、時、針、計

Because many kanji are used in both Japanese and Chinese, it's not easy to distinguish them by just reading the characters. Players may have to manually set the language.
