[MTR 4.0.0] [1.16.5] Lift alignment not correct

Expected Behaviour
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
Correctly replace the elevator to align it with the block
Actual Behaviour
A clear and concise description of what actually happened.
Elevator doesn't align with block, something it didn't do before 4.0.0
Reproduction Steps
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
1.Take the Lift/Elevator refresh
2. Try to align the lift to climb in (don't place a slab)

- Minecraft Version: 1.16.5
- Installed Mods: SecurityCraft, MrCrayFish's Mods, EconomyInc, Create, SignPost, Croptopia, FarmersDelight, MTR 4.0.0 Bêta
