Before reporting, I have confirmed that

• This bug does not appear to be reported on GitHub Issues before.
• This bug still exists in the latest version of the Minecraft Transit Railway mod.
• I have tested this in the official version of Minecraft Transit Railway, not a modified, custom, or unofficial build.

Describe the Bug

When using "Increase Speed When Delay" option and the train is delay.Sometimes train will move forward instantly,then it will prompt "Moved too quickly" in Server and you will stuck in situ.

当使用了"Increase Speed When Delay"选项，且列车延误时。有时车会向前瞬移。然后服务端会触发"Move too quickly"提醒，且角色会被卡在原地

Reproduction Steps

1."Increase Speed When Delayed" isn't 0%
2.Delay a train
3.Take the train
4.You will stuck in somewhere in the way
