Before reporting, I have confirmed that

• This bug does not appear to be reported on GitHub Issues before.
• This bug still exists in the latest version of the Minecraft Transit Railway mod.
• I have tested this in the official version of Minecraft Transit Railway, not a modified, custom, or unofficial build.

Describe the Bug

So a train was at a station where mechanical semaphores were used, but when closing doors, the semaphores came red. The trtain ignored it and went into the mainline.

Reproduction Steps

1. Build a station with mechanical semaphores
2. Make a depot with a train
3. Wait for it to reach the station.
4. When the doors close

When fixing it - make sure the semaphore goes red after the train enters the signal block.
