missiles lock on sometimes really wierdly,only when i dismount from the plane, and even after locking on they fire towards the ground rather than the target

Will have to backburner this until V21 as the current bullet code isn't something I know how to work with. I'll be overhauling it as part of the rendering overhaul and should have a better codebase aftewrards to work with. My old angle code is NOT making things easy.

Fixed in V21.0.0.
