Config to Prevent External Damage

I would like the ability to be able to disable external damage from projectiles such as bullets or arrows. Because I would like to be able to drive through my city map that has mobs that spawn with guns and whatnot and be able to have it so when they fire at me the vehicle doesn't take damage.
