[BUG] Blank/missing description entries still result in a description entry being written, just an empty one.

Could've sworn the previous behavior to this was that the item just, wouldn't get a description? Similar to vanilla items.
Debatably applicable to weapons, still looks a bit off though.
Additional important note, I don't think this is because of LCs or blank existing "description" entries. There ain't even a description entry in this json, before or after devmode!
All it does is clean up the json. Well, I did sorta ignore the materialLists. Oops. But still, it doesn't seem to be interpreting an empty description?
