[BUG] Rockets may not actually be shutting off correctly, at least server-side.

Will need to test with a dedicated server to be sure, but the rocket shuts off on the client side, while the car still constantly tries to move forward (even though the rocket has wound down, has no more fuel and shouldn't actually be thrusting.)
