[Bug] Skidding smoke and sounds trigger on mounted vehicles

i found a bug when testing some flatbed connections. sometimes the wheels of a vehicle connected to the mounted: true connections will register skidding when the vehicle its attached to isnt moving
triggering sounds and smoke
