ground_onground detection deadzone is too large

The wheel is in the air, yet MTS still says the wheel is "on the ground"
i would prefer if the deadzone was reduced to a 0.1 or 0.2 size deadzone, rather than the current 0.5 deadzone, as the large deadzone is inhibiting animations from activating that need to activate
Alternatively, an animation variable that checks a ground device's ground distance relative to where it (the ground device) is at, accounting for movement animations applied to the ground device would work as well

I have noticed this before though, and while I'm not much a fan of it, it isn't that noticeable unless you're looking for it, or unless you're doing diagonal off-road climbing.
