[Bug] pressing any iv-control keys while in text fields triggers that control.

Pressing U while in the nav box will close the panel even if it shouldnt
Pressing W while in chat or typing commands will apply throttle to the vehicle
Same with C, S, B, and any other keybinds that control vehicles
