Modded minecraft version is 1.12.2
Immersive vehicles mod version is 22.17.0 and the content pack mod being used is the official immersive vehicles content pack mod (version v27)
Hello I tried googling for a solution but couldn't really find one so came here for some help I see it mentions Dynamic Surroundings but then also says apply fixes, could I please know what the fixes are because I can't find them anywhere Is there a config option or mod that can be installed that fixes it?

The "Apply Fixes" refers to specified solutions in regards to mods such as Immersive Railroading, or GregTech. If it is not listed for mods like Receiver or Dynamic Surroundings (the latter of which you appear to have) then you need to either reduce its sounds, remove it, or Immersive Vehicles.
As the error states, Minecraft has no more "sound slots" (room to play sounds) left and as such, IV cannot play any noises.
Future versions will cap the number of times this gets spammed into the chat, so that will inherently fix this issue. For now, it remains open as a "mod incompat".

Will that cap be configurable? Please make it so there's an option to stop the message from showing up at all.
Also I saw your other comment and I wonder if it's possible for you to make it so when entering a vehicle you disable certain sounds and then re-enable them after you exit the vehicle. This would probably fix everything.

can we just brutally increase the sound slot of minecraft?
No, because sound slot capacity is based on your sound hardware, not anything to do with Minecraft or the JVM. Some folks get this notice, some don't.
I already do this automatically. If the pack author wants all the sounds to play, however, that's on them, not me.
As to the message, it should just show up 10 times max, and then stop appearing. It'll be an annoyance once and then done. The idea is that you get this message because some other mod is hogging slots, vs anything IV is doing.
