The General Keyboard option is very strange. It says config 1, config 2... and reload. I only installed the official pack and this mod, but maybe it's a new option, but it's very annoying.

Those custom configs are for custom buttons on vehicles. Unless you use those vehicles with those buttons, you won't need those.
