TL;DW visibility is stuck to whatever state it would be when on. so if the clamps min and max are 0, it'll always be there. if the clamps min max are 1, it... won't appear, like the cover in the delorean or the screen (there's a blacked out version that appears if the engine is off or the voltage is too low in the vehicle)
