I don't remember this happening in V19 but have experienced it in V20. The wheels don't rotate straight when ever the vehicle is at an angle. The problem doesn't limit the function of anything but is not very aesthetically pleasing. I welcome any suggestions.

This is due to #782. I want to fix it, but it will take time.
