I have an issue with PRC - when I place controller, do something in interface (make logic, etc), then break them and place in another location, I have no interface in controller menu. But when I place back to first place, interface now works.

I tried press "reinitialize" in interface, but it not helped.

Versions:
Minecraft 1.7.10
CoFH Core 3.0.0B9-71
MFR 2.8.0RC6-5

How to reproduce bug:
1 Place controller in point A
2 Do something in controller interface
3 Break controller (any tool, hand, pickaxe, sledgehammer, anyway)
4 Place controller in point B
5 Have bug with interface
6 Place controller back in point A
7 Have working interface
