I stumbled upon this by accident yesterday while trying to fill a tank with water but missing slightly and hitting the plastic pipe. Using a bucket (empty or full) on top of a plastic pipe seems to cause a server crash.

The problem only happens with Biomes o Plenty installed so I'm not entirely sure if the issue is with MFR or that mod.
