There is no way to extract items and fluids directly to Mekanism pipes.
The only workaround I've found are dynamic tanks and chests next to MFR machines. But that requires additional machinery to extract drop/fluids from those.

The fluid issue is entirely on mekanism's side: report this.
The item issue is that MFR doesn't support mekanism item pipes.
