Refined Relocation is a mod that adds the ability to create sort of a network out of linked inventories. It usually does this by the player crafting the inventory into a "sorting" version. The following mods have sorting versions of their inventories: JABBA, Storage Drawers, Iron Chests, vanilla chests

The Deep Storage Unit from MFR would fit right in.
