Latest stable of both versions. MineFactoryReloaded-[1.7.10]2.8.0-104.jar, mystcraft-1.7.10-0.12.3.00.jar.

I would assume this causes biofuel and mob essence to be registered by mystcraft regardless of your intended settings.
