So I've updated to the latest version of MFR and I can't turn my apples and bone meal into efficiency / biofuel. If this is intended I would add a feature that allows you to add fuels / efficiency items.

You have never been able to use apples, and you could only use dyes in 1.5/1.6 as part of a bug with cocoa beans being on the same item.
