Sludge Boiler outputs dirt with id 3:1

Exactly as mentioned above, the Sludge Boiler occasionally outputs dirt with an id of 3:1, which effectively cannot stack with regular dirt. This means I have to void it somehow. Could this byproduct effectively be removed, so that I can avoid having to do this extra step?
This is intentional: it's coarse dirt in later minecraft versions and grass cannot grow on it.
Okay, I just decided to filter it into a void chest.
