As the titles say, its just an idea, I really don't think the Mod maker from MooFluids is even actively trying to add new stuff to his mod. So maybe you can add this :D!

I saw this and though I would chime in (I made a compatibility mod for this in 1.7.10).

I spoke to the author of Moo Fluids at Minecon last year, and he told me that he would like to include automation support in Moo Fluids itself (which I am all for). IDK whether this is still the case as I have not had a chance to get in contact with him.

I would like to see this integration in either MFR or Moo Fluids, and I do not mind helping maintain it, if needed. To help out either case, I have ported the compatibility mod to 1.10 which can be found here: https://github.com/JDLogic/RanchableFluidCows. It still needs some testing though.
