MFReloaded 1.7.10 crash

So I recently made my own modpack based on FTB Infinity evolved skyblock and I basically picked all the mods of the pack from the given folder (so no new mods).
My initial thought was that when the FTB-pack is running flawlessly it shouldn't be a problem to delete a few mods, set up a fresh forge and roll with it.
The problem is that the whole pack (~80 mods) is running without errors until I put MFR and/or thermal foundation in the mods-folder.
I literally tried everything I can (deleting mods for testing, setting it up fresh, installing only MFR & CoFH-core, trying older/newer Releases, etc). Even the version from the initial FTB-pack doesn't work, so I guess I need some help.
Would be great if someone could help me with that because I honestly can't fix that.
