[Bug] Double compat problem (BetterEnd and Excavated Variants)

Describe the bug
There is issue with mod Excavated Variants and BetterEnd
That issue: lukebemishprojects/ExcavatedVariants#110

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install Quilt modloader (Excavated Variants runs only on Quilt)
  2. Install Excavated Variants, Minekea and BetterEnd (and their dependencies)
  3. Run a game
  4. Find (for example) Flavolite Ender Ore in Excavated Variants creative tab
  5. See missing textures

Expected behavior
Not missing textures of BetterEnd ores in BetterEnd end stones.

If the situation is different from what I commented on the issue on my end, let me know and I'll see if there's any fixes on my end. A quick glance makes it seem that the major issue is that the blockstate file is provided through normal resources but the model through ARRP; I may have a fun new compat issue with ARRP on my end, then, though I was pretty sure I'd fixed all of those. I'll see.
