Issue Description:
Any radial items using enderio keybinds get deleted on restart, really sucks when there's enough darksteel options to fill an entire sub menu. They work just fine before you restart minecraft though.

What happens:
After restarting all radial items using enderio keybinds are gone, and have to be re-added.

What you expected to happen:
All the radial items to successfully persist between restarts

Steps to reproduce:

1. install enderio and minemenu
2. spend 10 minutes adding all the darksteel armour options to minemenu radial menu
3. restart minecraft
4. open radial menu and see that it is barren
