[1.19.2] Copper Cups turning in water buckets when trying to take out water

For some reason, you can not fill a Petal apothecarial from Botania with a copper cup.
And when you try to take away water from it, the copper cup turns into a water bucket.

The copper cup code should theoretically work with stuff like this, but I guess not.
Sadly I'm gonna have to put this issue on hold for 1.18.2 and 1.19.2, but I might get around to rewriting the copper cup code in 1.20

I am on the 1.20.1 version now, and now the cup is not able to place water in the apothecary.
