Hi, so I want to remove some of the FTB Infinity Evolved expert recipes and replace them. So far, I've created a bunch of recipes, but the old ones are still there. Do I delete the .zs files or can I remove them from the Tweaker menu?

Anything with game modes doesn't follow normal MineTweaker/CraftTweaker logic. The recipes are in separate files under 'modpack' or something like that and you need to remove them there if they are not in the normal file. Once you do that it should work as expected.
