Aim lag still a thing

Hi, idk if it's a problem with my computer, but there's a split-second lag with weapon aiming. In other words, flick shots and even simple tracking are impossible because the shot fires where the cursor was aiming about 0.7s ago. This has been present from the first edition of Minewatch I've downloaded until now (3.12). the only hero this doesn't affect is Hanzo, as far as I'm aware.
