I'm pressing both combiantions, even keeping press H key and the menu doesn't open.

Is the mod installed and loaded? Do you see the three default info lines (assuming you didn't toggle them off with H)? If you have Mod Menu installed, then you can also open the config menu via the mod list. Also, you are on Fabric and not Forge, right?

Is your caps lock on? I've noticed that the hotkeys don't work when caps lock is on.
